- Download Bitcoin Alpha from the App Store
- Open the app
- Tap “Sign Up”
- Enter your email and create a password
- Verify your email (check spam folder if needed)
- Accept the Terms of Service
- On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Return to the app and sign in with your new password
Common reasons and solutions:
- Wrong password: Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset
- Email not verified: Check your email for a verification link
- Account deleted: If you deleted your account, you’ll need to create a new one
- Internet connection: Ensure you have a stable connection
How do I delete my account?
- Open Bitcoin Alpha
- Go to Settings (bottom right tab)
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap “Delete Account” (red button)
- Confirm deletion (you’ll be asked twice)
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Founders Pricing (First 1,000 subscribers):
- Monthly: $0.99/month
- Annual: $9.99/year
- No free trial
- Pricing locked in as long as subscription is maintained
Early Adopter Pricing (After first 1,000):
- Monthly: $1.99/month

- Founders Pricing: Charged immediately upon purchase (no free trial)
- Early Adopter Pricing: Not charged during 7-day trial. If you don’t cancel, you’ll be charged after trial ends
- Renewals: Charged automatically 24 hours before your current period ends
How do I cancel my subscription?
Method 1: iOS Settings (Recommended)
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Bitcoin Alpha
- Tap Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Method 2: In the App
- Open Bitcoin Alpha
- Go to Settings tab
- Tap Manage Subscription in the Subscription section
- This will open iOS Settings where you can cancel
- You keep access to all features until the end of your paid period
- Your subscription will not renew
- After expiration, you’ll lose access to premium features
- Your account remains active (you can resubscribe anytime)
If you reinstalled the app, got a new device, or your subscription isn’t showing:
- Open Bitcoin Alpha
- Go to Settings tab
- In the Subscription section, tap Restore Purchases
- Wait a few seconds
- You’ll see a confirmation message
All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Bitcoin Alpha purchase
- Click “Report a Problem”
- Select your reason and submit
Note: Refund approval is at Apple’s discretion. We cannot guarantee refunds will be granted.
Yes! To switch plans:
- Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Select Bitcoin Alpha
- Choose a different subscription option
- Confirm the change

Bitcoin Alpha helps you understand and navigate Bitcoin’s 4-year market cycle by providing:
- Real-time alerts: Notifications at critical market moments
- Cycle tracking: Know which phase we’re in (Accumulation, Markup, Distribution, Markdown)
- Daily analysis: Expert commentary on market conditions
- Historical insights: Learn from past cycles
- Technical indicators: Key moving averages and support/resistance levels
The app has 4 main tabs at the bottom:
- Home: Current cycle status, latest alerts, and today’s market overview
- Inbox: Detailed market commentary and cycle updates
- Alpha Notes: Archive of historical analysis and insights
- Settings: Manage your account, subscription, and preferences
You’ll receive alerts for:
- Critical support/resistance breaks
- Cycle phase transitions
- Important market developments
- Daily cycle updates (optional)
To enable notifications:
- Go to Settings tab in Bitcoin Alpha
- Under Notifications, tap “Enable push on this device”
- Grant permission when iOS asks
Bitcoin’s 4-year cycle is tied to the “halving” event that occurs approximately every 4 years. The cycle has four phases:
- Accumulation: Bear market recovery, smart money buying
- Markup: Bull market, prices rising, new all-time highs
- Distribution: Market top, smart money selling
- Markdown: Bear market, prices declining
Understanding these phases helps with timing and risk management.
- Alerts: Real-time when significant events occur
- Daily updates: At least once per day
- Alpha Notes: Regularly as market conditions evolve
- Cycle status: Updated continuously based on current data
Technical Issues
Try these solutions in order:
- Force close the app: Swipe up from bottom (iPhone X+) or double-click home button, then swipe up on Bitcoin Alpha
- Restart your device: Hold power button, slide to power off, wait 30 seconds, turn back on
- Check for updates: Open App Store, search “Bitcoin Alpha”, tap Update if available
- Check internet connection: Try switching between WiFi and cellular
- Reinstall the app: Delete the app, reinstall from App Store, then restore purchases
If issues persist, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
Check these settings:
- In Bitcoin Alpha: Settings → Notifications → Enable push
- In iOS Settings: Settings → Bitcoin Alpha → Notifications → Ensure “Allow Notifications” is ON
- Do Not Disturb: Check if DND is enabled (Control Center)
- Focus modes: Settings → Focus → Check if any modes are blocking Bitcoin Alpha
- Pull to refresh: On the Home tab, swipe down to manually refresh
- Check connection: Make sure you have internet (WiFi or cellular)
- Sign out and back in: Settings → Sign Out → Sign back in
- Clear cache: Force close the app and reopen
Common issues:
- Payment method: Ensure your Apple ID has a valid payment method (Settings → [Your Name] → Payment & Shipping)
- App Store restrictions: Check if In-App Purchases are enabled (Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy)
- Network issue: Ensure stable internet connection
- App Store problem: Try signing out and back into App Store
If you see “Already Subscribed” error but don’t have access, tap “Restore Purchases” in Settings.

View Subscription Status
In Bitcoin Alpha:
- Open the app
- Tap Settings tab (bottom right)
- Look at the Subscription section at the top
- You’ll see your current plan, renewal date, and status
Change Subscription Plan
- Open iOS Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Bitcoin Alpha
- Choose a different subscription option (monthly ↔ annual)
- Confirm the change
Note: The new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Update Payment Method
- Open iOS Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Payment & Shipping
- Update your payment information
